Set in a prominent position back from the main highway and being just four kilometres outside of Hua Hin (north) we are delighted to offer for rent this one bedroomed condo. The property is situated on the third floor (elevator service) and is fully furnished with full air conditioning. The condo has a separate living room/kitchenette and elevated bedroom, plus a bathroom with hot water shower and bath tub and it is quite big enough for a couple to use as a holiday home or for single occupation for a longer term. The condo has one bedroom, a living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom and balcony(terrace). This block is seven storeys high and is not on the beach but it is under a 100m walk to a lovely quiet beach. Its also just a short hop into town. All the condos in this block have balconies. There is a shuttle bus service to town which operates at nominal cost right through high season.
The block offers residents full 24/7 security. There is a fitness room, very large free form swimming pool which is centrally located with a water slide and kiddies pool play area. Plenty of room around the pool to laze on a lounger. There are two restaurants, one inside and one outside, a well stocked minimart selling just about everything, plenty of covered parking and large air conditioned lobby area with ample seating and internet facilities. The property has cable/satellite tv and is serviced. All bedding is there, just bring your suitcase and towels. This is our own unit so it is maintained to a high standard by us.
Rental periods are anything from one night upwards. Rates are 14,000 baht/month May to end Sept then 16,000 baht/month Oct to end of April. Nightly rate is 1000 baht all year round (inc elec and water). Electricity is charged and billed by the service office separately via meter reading (at real cost). Maid service and cleaning/laundry available at extra cost. Daily breakfast served also at extra cost (via coupon purchased on site).
We also have units on the 4th floor (pool facing) and on the 5th floor and at peak times we may switch rooms to fit dates. These other two rooms are identically equipped.
Traveller review "We that is my Japanese wife and myself really enjoyed our 2 week stay at a condo room in this hotel. The condo rooms are very similiar to the hotel rooms I thnk.The only thing that we missed was a beach view. It is a short trek to the beach.The restaurant across the road from the complex is truely excellent. The pool was also unique. An excellent place to stay. We'd go there again.
